How many children can you accommodate for a sleepover party?

AZ Sleepy Teepee can accommodate both small sleepovers and large group celebrations. Our individual teepee themes typically accommodate 6–13 guests per theme, depending on the collection and availability, with many of our most popular themes offering up to 13 matching setups. For larger parties, we can mix coordinating themes or create a custom theme for an additional cost. For team bonding events and other large-group sleepovers, we can also recommend a combination of teepee themes, a shared Canopy Sleepover, or our mattress-only setup based on your guest count and space.

Do you deliver sleepover setups in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix?

Yes. AZ Sleepy Teepee provides sleepover party delivery and professional setup throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix and surrounding Arizona communities, including Cave Creek, Carefree, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Peoria. Travel is complimentary within 20 miles of Tatum & Thunderbird in Scottsdale, with additional travel fees for locations outside the included service area. We can also travel to Arizona destinations such as Sedona, Flagstaff and Tucson by custom quote.

What is included with an AZ Sleepy Teepee sleepover?

Each Signature Teepee Sleepover includes an individual teepee and twin air mattress for each guest, a fitted sheet and mattress protector, coordinating blanket, themed décor, decorative tray, lighting and a sleep mask for each guest to keep. Our trained team handles delivery, professional setup and styling, and next-day breakdown and pickup. All reusable sleepover equipment is cleaned and sanitized between events. Guests bring their own sleeping pillows.

How far in advance should I book a sleepover party?

We recommend booking your AZ Sleepy Teepee sleepover about one month in advance whenever possible, especially for popular weekends and larger celebrations. We prefer at least two weeks' notice, but last-minute bookings may be available depending on your date, guest count, theme and location. The earlier you book, the more availability you'll have when selecting your preferred sleepover experience.

How much space do I need for a teepee sleepover setup?

Our sleepover setups use twin-size air mattresses, and we recommend allowing approximately 4 feet by 6 feet of floor space per guest to comfortably accommodate each mattress, teepee and décor. The exact layout can vary depending on the room and number of guests. Do you offer sleepover setups without teepees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to our Signature Teepee Sleepovers, AZ Sleepy Teepee offers Canopy Sleepovers and mattress-only sleepover setups. Canopy Sleepovers create one dramatic shared sleeping space beneath a professionally installed fabric canopy, while mattress-only setups provide a simpler option for larger groups, smaller spaces or celebrations that don't require individual teepees.

How much does a teepee sleepover party cost in Scottsdale?

Accepted Answer

AZ Sleepy Teepee's Signature Teepee Sleepovers start at $450 plus a $75 delivery and setup fee for 2–4 teepees, plus applicable sales tax. Pricing increases based on the number of guests, with setups available for larger groups as well. Each sleepover includes professionally styled individual teepees, mattresses, linens, themed décor, delivery, setup and next-day breakdown and pickup. Can the teepees be set up outdoors?

Select AZ Sleepy Teepee themes may be used outdoors for movie nights and other outdoor setups, depending on the theme, weather and event location. Because some of our décor and fabrics are designed for indoor use, clients must confirm with our team in advance that their selected theme is approved for an outdoor setup. Some of our most popular collections, including Oh So Fancy and Boho themes, are indoor-only. For guests looking for a fully outdoor overnight experience, AZ Sleepy Teepee also offers dedicated glamping tent experiences designed specifically for outdoor celebrations.

Can AZ Sleepy Teepee set up a sleepover at a hotel, resort or Airbnb?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AZ Sleepy Teepee can create sleepover setups at hotels, resorts, vacation rentals and Airbnbs throughout the Scottsdale and Phoenix area, provided the property allows outside vendors and there is adequate space for the selected setup. We recommend confirming the property's policies before booking. Our team handles delivery, professional setup and styling, and scheduled breakdown and pickup. There may be an additional set up fee added due to the logistics of the location.

Yes. AZ Sleepy Teepee is a full-service sleepover party company, not a DIY rental. Our trained team delivers your sleepover equipment, professionally installs and styles the setup, and returns for scheduled breakdown and pickup. Reusable equipment is cleaned and sanitized between events, so parents can choose their sleepover experience, theme and guest count while our team handles the setup and cleanup.
